Highest craftsmanship is reflected in the attractive housing of solid beech, where the wood used is naturally from certified native forests. Grind spelt, rye, barley, millet, wheat - but also rice and corn are no problem for the Fidibus Classic. All cereals, grains and seeds are grindable as long as they do not contain oil. The mill is not suitable for nuts.You can grind:

wheat, rye, spelt, barley, millet, corn (not popcorn), durum wheat, rice (not parboiled rice, only untreated), buckwheat, green rye, chickpeas, green peas, lentils, quinoa, amaranth.

oats in small quantities, since the stones stick otherwise.

spices, when mixed can be grinded, approx. a handful to a full hopper
